During lockdown with outpatients appointments being held on the phone I have had the pleasure to liaise with Jitka. Thankfully my Crohn's is behaving currently, this hasn't stopped a full rundown conversation as to how I am, and blood tests/calpotecin tests arranged. In the past my condition can change for the worse in a blink of an eye, I am therefore always extremely grateful of the support I receive from all at St Marks, and thank Jitka for being helpful and a voice of assurance that I am being well looked after.

Jitka is very clear in giving medical details and answers questions and concerns reassuringly. She is understanding and always carries through any actions she promises, such as ordering medication. I would always ask for her if I was unsure about anything to do with my son's condition.
